Evangelism Ministry

One of the greatest acts of love is to present the gospel in hopes of bringing others to salvation. The Gospel is the good news of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus for our sins (1 Cor. 15:1-4).  It is the message of what God has done for us, our deliverance from wrong and the punishment of the Law.  This gospel is God’s wonderful invitation to be saved from sin for a beautiful new life through him.

The Evangelism Ministry reaches out to the community through prayer walks and community outreach events. We look forward to participating in one of Laurel’s biggest events Laurel’s Main Street Festival held every year in May. Our purpose is to go forth as witnesses of Jesus Christ and his kingdom.  His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion endures throughout all generations (Psalm 145:13).
